Neslihan started her tertiary education at the University of Melbourne by completing a Bachelor of Biomedicine degree, then went on to her Master’s of Optometry at Deakin University. She is passionate about eye health care in all aspects and is particularly interested in the therapeutic management of eye diseases.

Neslihan has experience in managing dry eye disease, children’s eye health (including eye turns) and treating red eye conditions, as well as performing emergency foreign body removals. She is also interested in the detection and diagnosis of diabetic eye disease and urges all diabetics to have routine yearly checks.

Outside of optometry, Neslihan enjoys travelling, weekends at the footy and spending quality time with family and friends.
